Who we are

EchoWrite is operated by Lee Harrison, trading as EchoWrite (“EchoWrite”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service at echowrite.co.uk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

EchoWrite is a subscription-based tool that uses AI to generate LinkedIn posts and comments in your writing style. It is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to publish anything generated by the service.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use EchoWrite. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may only create one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Subscription and billing

  • Free trial — new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No card is required to start.
  • Paid plan — after the trial, continued access requires a subscription at the price shown at checkout. Billing is monthly and recurring.
  • Cancellation — you can cancel at any time via Settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
  • Price changes — we will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase by email.

Content ownership

You own the content you generate using EchoWrite. By recording voice notes, you grant us a limited licence to process that audio for the purpose of building your voice profile. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Acceptable use

You must not use EchoWrite to:

  • Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates any law
  • Impersonate another person
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
  • Share your account with others
  • Circumvent usage limits through automated means

AI-generated content

Content generated by EchoWrite is produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or statements you disagree with. You should review all content before publishing. EchoWrite is not liable for any consequences arising from content you publish on LinkedIn or elsewhere.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoWrite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
